Let \({\mathbb{D}}\) be the unit disk of the complex plane. If \(\mu\) is a weight function from \({\mathbb{D}}\) to \(]0,+\infty[\), then \({\mathcal{H}}_{\mu}^{\infty} \) denotes the Banach space of holomorphic functions in \({\mathbb{D}}\) such that \[ \|f\|_{\mu}\equiv \sup_{z\in {\mathbb{D}}} \mu(z)|f(z)|<+\infty. \] The author considers a weight function \(\mu_{1}\) which tends to zero as the variable in \({\mathbb{D}}\) tends to the boundary of \({\mathbb{D}}\) and another weight function \(\mu_{2}\) and characterizes the functions \(\phi\) from the complex plane to itself such that \[ S_{\phi}(f)\equiv \phi\circ f\in {\mathcal{H}}_{\mu_{2}}^{\infty} \qquad \forall f\in {\mathcal{H}}_{\mu_{1}}^{\infty} \,, \] and such that the nonlinear operator \(S_{\phi}\) maps bounded subsets of \({\mathcal{H}}_{\mu_{1}}^{\infty}\) to bounded subsets of \({\mathcal{H}}_{\mu_{2}}^{\infty}\) under various conditions on the behaviour of \(\mu_{2}\) versus that of \(\mu_{1}\) as the variable in \({\mathbb{D}}\) tends to the boundary of \({\mathbb{D}}\).
