The authors have derived the necessary and sufficient compatibility equations for the homology and homotopy group. In the paper are theorems and techniques to the stability and convergence of the method developed and illustrated by examples. No numerical experiments are performed for a detailed evaluation. It is a interesting paper for theoretical researcher in the area.
