In this note, the author announces the result described as Theorem 1 using equations and conditions (1)--(6): The author approaches the solution of equation (1) with (5), where \(g^k (x, t)\) are Caratheodory functions on \(\Omega \times {\mathbb R}\) (a little bit more than measurable on \(t\) and continuous on \(\Omega\)). With the boundary condition (2) or (6) (also included in (3)), he assumes that the kernel of (3) is one-dimensional and hence ``resonance''. The one-parameter family on the right side of (1) has conditions given at the beginning of the page 452. Since in general \(g(x,t)\) is nonlinear and discontinuous on \(t\), (1) has discontinuous nonlinearity. \(\tau\) is a self-adjoint uniformally elliptic differential operator. There are also some more complicated conditions. Rhe reviewer wants to remark that the boundary condition (2) or (6) is called Dirichlet in this note which is a little bit confusing. It should be possibly called Dirichlet-Neumann condition. See [\textit{J. Zhong} and \textit{H. Yang}, Sci. Sin., Ser. A 27, 1265--1273 (1984; Zbl 0561.53046)] and [\textit{P. Li}, Ann. Math. Stud. 102, 73--83 (1982; Zbl 0492.53031)]. Note that the similar result with the Neumann boundary condition was proved by the reviewer in 1985 before working on [\textit{Z. Guan}, Acta Math. Sin., New Ser. 4, No. 3, 270--283 (1988; Zbl 0662.53053)].
