This paper concerns abstract inclusions of the type \(F(x,\sigma)\in A\), where \(F:V\times\Sigma\to Y\) is continuous, \(V\) is an open subset of a Banach space, \(A\) is a closed convex subset of the Banach space \(Y\), and \(\Sigma\) is a topological space. A result of implicit function theorem type is proved by means of a modified Newton method. At each Newton step, one has to solve an auxiliary convex inclusion.
