    This paper deals with the following singular perturbed problem, \[ \begin{cases} \varepsilon^2 \Delta u-u^q+u^p=0 & \text{in } \Omega,\\ u\geq 0& \text{in } \Omega,\\ \frac{\partial u}{\partial \nu}=0& \text{on } \partial \Omega, \end{cases}\tag{problem1} \] where \(1<q <p <\frac{N +2}{N -2}\), \(N \geq 2\), \(\Omega \subset {\mathbb{R}^N}\) is a bounded smooth domain with smooth boundary \(\partial \Omega\), \(\varepsilon \) is a small positive number and \(\nu\) is the outer unit normal to \(\partial \Omega\). The main results show that also in the following four cases: \(N=2\), \(q>5\); \(N=2\), \(q=5\); \(N=3\), \(q>3\) and \(N=3\), \(q=3\), there exists \(\varepsilon_0 >0\) such that for every \(\varepsilon \in (0, \varepsilon_0)\), the least energy positive solution of ({problem1}) \(u_\varepsilon \in H_1(\Omega)\) has a unique point of maximum \(P_\varepsilon \in \partial\Omega\).
