The author studies \(HF^{\infty}(Y, s)\), the \(\infty\)-version of Heegaard Floer homology for a 3-manifold \(Y\) and its torsion \(\mathrm{Spin}^{c}\) structure \(s\). Combining results from [\textit{P. Ozsváth} et al., Geom. Topol. 7, 185--224 (2003; Zbl 1130.57302)] and [\textit{Tim D. Cochran} et al., Math. Proc. Camb. Philos. Soc. 131, No. 1, 97--127 (2001; Zbl 0984.57010)], the author obtains Theorem 1.3, stating that \(HF^{\infty}(Y, s)\) is completely determined by the integral cohomology ring of \(Y\). In order to consider \(HF^{\infty}(Y, s)\), the author shows it suffices to consider a model manifold obtained from \(Y\) by a sequence of non-zero surgeries on null-homologous knots. When the first Betti number of \(Y\) is \(3\) or \(4\), the author explicitly finds those models and calculates \(HF^{\infty}(Y, s)\) based on \(HF^{\infty}(\mathbb{T}^{3}, s_{0})\) and the integral surgery formula of Heegaard Floer homology for knots. Here \(\mathbb{T}^{3}\) is obtained from \(0\)-surgeries on the Borromean rings.
