The authors develop a socio-chemical metaphor in a classical evolutionary game theory scenario and discuss modeling evolutionary games. The evolution of the concentration of the species represents decisions and payoffs of the strategies in the system using reaction networks. A system consisting of a group of Tit for Tat agents interacting with a group of Defectors in three situations is studied. They illustrate the behavior of their proposal studying the repeated prisoner's dilemma.
