The author considers a partially hyperbolic \(C^1\)-diffeomorphism \(f : M \to M\) of a closed \(C^\infty\) manifold \(M\) with a uniformly compact \(f\)-invariant center foliation \(\mathcal{F}^c\). It is proved that if, in addition, the unstable (or stable) bundle is one-dimensional and oriented, then the leaf space \(M / \mathcal{F}^c\) is a torus \(\mathbb{T}^q\) and the dynamics \(F : M / \mathcal{F}^c \to M / \mathcal{F}^c\) induced by \(f\) is topologically conjugate to an Anosov automorphism on \(\mathbb{T}^q\), \(q = {\text{ codim}} \mathcal{F}^c\). Under the assumptions above, the proof of the result consists of three main steps: 1. \(f\) has a center leaf whose orbit is dense; 2. the center leaves have only trivial holonomy; 3. there exists a Margulis measure on the leaf space. Note that the existence of the Margulis measure is established without restrictions on the unstable, stable and center dimension.
