Let \(K\) denote a set of type \((q+1,n)_{2}\) in \(\mathrm{PG}(3,q)\) of size \(k\). The author shows two nice results for \(k\): -- If \(L\) and \(L^{\prime }\) are two lines in \(K\) and \(\pi \) is a plane containing \( L\) and \(L^{\prime }\) then \(K=\pi\). -- If \(k=(q+1)^{2}\) and \(K\) contains at least \(q-\sqrt{q}\) pairwise skew lines then either \(K\) is a set of points of \(q+1\) pairwise skew lines or \(q\) is a square and \(K\) is the set of points of \(q-\sqrt{q}\) pairwise skew lines.
