In this paper, the authors study the boundary regularity of solutions to the Dirichlet problem \[ \begin{cases} F(D^{2}u,Du,u,\gamma,\frac{Du}{d},\frac{u}{d^{2}},x)=f & \text{in }\Omega\\ u=\phi & \text{on }\partial\Omega,\end{cases}\tag{1} \] where \(\Omega\) is a bounded smooth domain in the Euclidean space \(\mathbb R^{n}\), \(F\) is an elliptic operator, \(d=\mathrm{dist}(x,\partial\Omega)\), \(\gamma\) is a smooth vector field in \(\bar{\Omega}\) such that its restriction on \(\partial\Omega\) is the unit inner normal to \(\partial\Omega\), and \(\phi\) and \(f\) are given functions. Under some structural conditions on \(F\), they establish the optimal regularity of solutions to (1) with singular terms. By a careful construction of super- and sub-solutions, they obtain growth estimates for solutions, they obtain growth estimates at the boundary and reduce the boundary regularity to the interior one by a rescaling argument.
