The author deals with a one-phase exterior Bernoulli-type free boundary problem in the plane, with a non constant continuous free boundary condition. The main interest in this paper is focussed on the geometry and regularity properties of the largest viscosity subsolution of this problem. Density bounds for the positivity set and its complement near the free boundary are also provided.
