The paper studies a differential inclusion of the form \[ x'\in F(t,x), \] where \(F:[t_0,t_1]\times E\to {\mathcal P}(E)\) is a set-valued map and \(E\) is a separable Banach space. The main hypothesis is that the set-valued map \(F\) is measurable-pseudo-Lipschitz in the second variable in a neighborhood of a certain function. In this case, there are established several improvements of existing results in the literature: Filippov's existence theorem, Filippov-Ważewski relaxation theorem, several results concerning differentiability of solutions with respect to initial data.
