This paper presents a combinatorial method to classify pseudo-Hermitian symmetric pairs. Indeed, each irreducible pseudo-Hermitian symmetric pair \((\mathfrak g,\mathfrak g^\sigma)\) has associated a \textit{double Vogan diagram} \((p,c)\) where \(p\) is a painting of the Dinking diagram of \(\mathfrak g\) and \(c\) is a circling representing the involution of \(\mathfrak g\). Double Vogan diagrams arise as a combination of Vogan and Kac diagrams and where introduced in a previous work of the author for symmetric pairs in general. The main goal of this work is to identify a subset of double Vogan diagrams, which is defined by a combinatorial condition, such that the correspondence established above is one to one. So, pseudo-Hermitian spaces can be classified using this combinatorial set. Explicit computations of double Vogan diagrams are given and the complete list of irreducible pseudo-Hermitian symmetric pairs is included here, together with their double Vogan diagrams. This list coincides with the classification given by \textit{R. A. Shapiro} in [Comment. Math. Helv. 46, 529--548 (1971; Zbl 0229.53043)].
