In this short paper, the author proves that every projective Kawamata log terminal pair \((X,D)\) with maximal Albanese dimension has good minimal model (i.e there is a normal projective variety \(X'\) with only \(\mathbb{Q}\)-factorial terminal singularities such that \(X'\) is birationally equivalent to \(X\) and the canonical bundle \(K_{X'}\) is ample). Remember that the Albanese dimension of \(X\) smooth is the dimension of the image of \(X\) by the Albanese map. It has maximal dimension when it is equal to the dimension of \(X\). Remark that when \(X\) is smooth, it has maximal Albanese dimension if and only if the cotangent bundle of \(X\) is generically generated by its global sections. When \(X\) is not smooth it is still possible to say that it has maximal dimension by considering that there is a resolution of \(X\) with maximal Albanese dimension. The result of the author in the smooth case is a consequence of the work of \textit{C. Birkar} et al. [J. Am. Math. Soc. 23, No. 2, 405--468 (2010; Zbl 1210.14019)]. A corollary of the main result is that a submanifold \(W\) of a complex torus with Itaka dimension equal to the dimension of \(W\) has ample canonical bundle. This solves an old question of K. Ueno.
