A class of degenerate nonlinear elliptic equations in weighted Sobolev space (Q2449041)

Summary: We prove the existence of a weak solution for the degenerate nonlinear elliptic Dirichlet boundary-value problem \(Lu-\mu ug_1+h(u,\nabla u)g_2=f\) in \(\Omega\), \(u=0\) on \(\partial\Omega\), in a suitable weighted Sobolev space, where \(\Omega \subset \mathbb R^n\) is a bounded domain and \(h\) is a continuous bounded nonlinearity.
