      Let \(\dot{F}^{\alpha,q}_p\) with \(0<p,q \leq \infty\) and \(\alpha \in R\) be the homogeneous Triebel-Lizorkin spaces on \(\mathbb R^n\). Let \({\mathcal F}^{\alpha,q}_p\) with \(\alpha <0\) and \(0<p,q <\infty\) be the collection of all harmonic functions \(f(x,y)\) on \(\mathbb R^{n+1}_+ = \mathbb R^n \times (0,\infty)\) such that \[ \bigg( \int_{R^n} \Big( \int^\infty_0 |y^{-\alpha} f(x,y)|^q \, \tfrac{dy}{y} \Big)^{p/q} dx \bigg)^{1/p} < \infty. \] With some modifications one can incorporate \(q=\infty\) and \(p= \infty\). The authors study in detail how the boundary values of \(f(x,y)\in {\mathcal F}^{\alpha,q}_p\) at \(y=0\) are related to functions belonging to \(\dot{F}^{\alpha,q}_p\). In particular there is a one-to-one isomorphism if \(\alpha <0\) and \(1<p,q <\infty\) (via Poisson integrals). This extends earlier results.
