    The authors obtain estimates for \(n\)-widths of multiplier operators \(\Lambda := \{\lambda_{\mathbf{k}}\}_{\mathbf{k}\in \mathbb{Z}^d}\) and \(\Lambda_* := \{\lambda^*_{\mathbf{k}}\}_{\mathbf{k}\in \mathbb{Z}^d}\) defined on the \(d\)-dimensional torus \(\mathbb{T}^d\), \(d\in\mathbb{N}\), where \(\lambda: \mathbb{R}_0^*\to \mathbb{R}\) is a function, \(\lambda_{\mathbf{k}} := \lambda (|\mathbf{k}|)\), and \(\lambda^*_{\mathbf{k}} := \lambda (|\mathbf{k}|_*)\), with \(|\mathbf{k}| := (k_1^2 + \cdots + k_d^2)^\frac12\) and \(|\mathbf{k}|_* := \max\{|k_j|\,:\, j = 1, \ldots, d\}\). Moreover, it is shown that in several important instances the obtained estimates are order sharp.
