The authors study a very special type of singular foliations whose leaves are locally leaves of a regular foliation. In this particular case they define Godbillon-Vey forms and cohomology classes which can be interpreted as the Godbillon-Vey classes of suitable regular foliations associated to the studied singular foliation.
