Spherical designs and lattices (Q2452331)

Consider integral lattices with minimum less or equal 7 (or less or equal 9) whose set of minimal vectors form spherical 9-designs (or 11-designs respectively). In this article the author proves that such lattices are extremal, even, and unimodular. Further, it is shown that there does not exist an integral lattice with minimum less or equal 11 which yields a 13-design.
