The author deals with a semilinear nonautonomous functional stochastic integro-differential equation in a real separable Hilbert space. The aim is to show the existence and uniqueness of its solution as well as to investigate the asymptotical behavior. First, the author introduces the basic setting and some basic definitions such as the one of a square-mean almost periodic process and the Acquistapace-Terreni conditions (ATC). Using the ATC and the Banach-fixed-point theorem the existence and uniqueness of square-mean almost periodic solution in the mild sense is proven. With an equality of Gronwall-type and an additional assumption the asymptotic stability in square-mean sense of the solution is shown. In closing the general results are applied to a certain example of a differential equation.
