Let \(M=M^n\) be a compact manifold and \(A\) be a unital \(C^*\)-algebra. Let \((p_i:\mathcal E^i \rightarrow M)_{i\in \mathbb N_0}\) be a sequence of Banach bundles such that the fibers of each \(p_i\) are finitely generated projective Hilbert \(A\)-modules. Denote by \(\Gamma(\mathcal E^i)\) the vector space of smooth sections of \(p_i,\) and for each \(t\in \mathbb Z\) set \(W^t(\mathcal E^i)\) as the completion of \(\Gamma(\mathcal E^i)\) with respect to the norm induced by the \(A\)-product \[ (s,s')_t=\int_{x\in M}((1+\Delta_g)^ts(x),s'(x))_U|\mathrm{vol}_g(x)|. \] Suppose that \(D^\bullet \doteq (D_i,\Gamma(\mathcal E^i))\) is an \(A\)-elliptic complex of pseudodifferential operators. For each \(i\in \mathbb N_0\) denote by \(r_i\) the order of the Laplacian \(\Delta_i=D_{i-1}D^*_{i-1}+D^*_{i }D_{i}\). The author proves that if for each \(i\in \mathbb N_0\) the extension \((\Delta_i)_{r_i}:W^{r_i}(\mathcal E^i)\rightarrow W^{0}(\mathcal E^i)\) of \(\Delta_i\) has closed range then (1) the cohomology group \(H^i(D,A)\) of \(D^\bullet\) is a finitely generated \(A\)-module; (2) the image of each pseudodifferential operator \(D_{i-1}\) is closed in \(\Gamma(\mathcal E^i)\); (3) \(H^i(D,A)\) is a Banach space.
