In a regular local ring \((A,m)\) one can attach a collection of multiplier ideals \(J(cI)\) depending on a rational multiplying parameter \(c\). Suppose \(\dim(A)=2\). Then every integrally closed ideal is a multiplier ideal for some rational \(c\). The aim of this paper is to describe the integrally closed ideals \(I\) which are multiplier ideals for some integer \(c\), i. e. \(I\) is an adjoin ideal after Lipman. It is enough to consider the case when \(I\) is a \(m\)-primary ideal. Let \(Y=\text{Proj}(R_A(I))\) be the blowup along \(I\). Then \(I\) is an adjoin ideal iff \(Y\) is Gorenstein and the sheaf \(I\omega_Y^{-1}\) is globally generated, \(\omega_Y\) being the canonical sheaf of \(Y\). In particular, \(Y\) is Gorenstein iff \(I^n\) is an adjoin ideal for large \(n\).
