The authors consider the inverse spectral problem for the perturbed harmonic oscillator, \( T_D \psi:= -\psi'' +x^2\psi +q(x)\psi, \psi(0)=0\) in the Hilbert space \(L^2(\mathbb R_+)\) where the real-valued potential \( q\) belongs to the class \( \mathbf H_+:=\{q \in L^2(\mathbb R_+): q', x q \in L^2(\mathbb R_+) \}\). As is well known, this operator is obtained from the Schrödinger operator in \(L^2(\mathbb R^3)\) with spherically symmetric potential, by separation of variables and restriction to the zero angular momentum subspace. The authors previously solved the corresponding inverse spectral problem on the real line for a similar class of potentials. As the authors point out, there is a big difference between the case of the real line and the case of the half-line, studied on this paper. The authors analyze the mapping \( q \to\) spectral data, where spectral data\(:= \{\text{eigenvalues of }T_D\)
