A random field \(U(z)= \log|f(z)|- |z^1|/2\) \((z\in\mathbb{C})\) is considered. Here \[ f(z)= \sum^\infty_{k=1} \xi_k z^k/\sqrt{k!}, \] \((\xi_k)\) is a sequence i.i.d. complex Gaussian random variables. The function \(f\) is shown to have finite set of zeroes on any finite part of the compiex plane. Moreover the basin of any its zero, containing all gradient lines tending to this zero, has only finite set of neighboring basins and is of the area \(\pi\). Some characteristic properties of sizes and forms of such basins are investigated. They are as follows: diameter of a basin, length of a gradient curve, distance between a point and the corresponding zero, deviation of a basin from an appropriate disk, properties of a modified partition with more round ``basins'' close to the original one.
