Let \(K\) be a nonempty closed convex subset of a real uniformly convex Banach space \(E\). Suppose that \(K\) is also a nonexpansive retract of \(E\) with a nonexpansive retraction \(P\). Let \(T_1,\dots,T_N:K\to E\) be nonself asymptotically nonexpansive mappings with a nonempty common fixed point set. The author proves strong and weak convergence theorems of the following iteration: \(x_0\in K\) and, for \(n\geq1\), \(x_n:= P((1-\alpha_n)x_{n-1}+ \alpha_nT_{n}(PT_n)^{m-1}x_{n-1})\), where \(n=(m-1)N+i\), \(T_n=T_{n\pmod N}\), and \(\alpha_n\in[0,1]\).
