Rado's seminal theorem characterizes the existence of monochromatic solutions of the linear equation system \(A\vec x + \vec b = 0\) with rational coefficients over the field \(\mathbb S\) (which can be \(\mathbb N\), \(\mathbb Z\) or \(\mathbb Q\)) under any \(r\) colorations of \({\mathbb S} - \{0\}\). The pair \((A, \vec b\,)\) satisfying this has the kernel partition regular property. In 2006 N. Hindman and I. Leader addressed the problem of nonconstant kernel partition regular systems, where the solution of \(A\vec {x} + \vec b = 0\) cannot be constant. The transformation \(\vec x \rightarrow A\vec {x} + \vec b \) with rational coefficients has the image partition regular property, if for any finite coloration of \(\mathbb S\) there exists \(\vec x\) mapped into monochromatic items in the image. N. Hindman, I. Leader and others characterized matrices with image partition regular property when \(\vec b = \vec 0.\) The paper under review characterizes the maps with image partition regular property in the cases of nonzero \(\vec b\) for \(\mathbb S = \mathbb N, \mathbb Z\) or \(\mathbb Q\).
