The second volume of a set dealing with statistical methods for quantum optics is focused on squeezed light (``squeezed'' in the sense of the amplitude and phase fluctuations) with statistical characteristics of the fluctuations that cannot be reproduced using classical (Poisson-like) distributions. The mathematical formalism developed in the book is chiefly based on the Fokker-Planck equation. In a large part of the book, weak fluctuations are analyzed, which can be treated by means of perturbative techniques. Main topics included in the book include the theory of degenerate parametric oscillators (realized in cavities) and cavity quantum electrodynamics, including the analysis of multi-atom states in the cavities. The concluding part of the paper is dealing with the elucidation of the concept of of ``quantum trajectories'' (in the canonical sense, adopted in the orthodox quantum theory), i.e., the realization of the trajectories in terms of observables.
