The paper considers the linear differential system \[ \dot x=A(t)x, \quad x\in\mathbb R^n,\quad t\geq 0 \tag{1} \] with piecewise continuous and bounded matrix \(A(t)\), and its perturbations \[ \dot y=A(t)y+Q(t)y, \quad y\in\mathbb R^n,\quad t\geq 0 \tag{2} \] with the piecewise continuous perturbation matrix \(Q(t)\) satisfying the integral boundedness condition \[ \int_t^{t+1}\| Q(\tau)\| \,d\tau\leq C_Q<+\infty \quad\text{for all }t\geq 0, \] where \(C_Q\) is a constant depending on \(Q\). Let \(\lambda_n(A+Q)\) be the largest Lyapunov exponent of system (2). For a class \(\mathcal M\) of perturbations, the quantity \(\Lambda (\mathcal M)=\sup\{\lambda_n(A+Q):Q\in\mathcal M\}\) is referred to as the least upper bound of the largest exponent of system (2) with perturbations in the class \(\mathcal M\). One of the main problems in modern theory of characteristic exponents is to compute a least upper bound for the largest exponent of linear system with perturbations in various smallness classes. It is known that for various smallness classes \(\mathcal M\) the least upper bound \(\Lambda (\mathcal M)\) can be computed with the use of a universal algorithm similar to that for the computation of the Izobov sigma-exponent. In the paper, sufficient conditions for the least upper bound of the largest exponent of linear systems with perturbations in the classes \(\mathcal L^p[\varphi]\) and \(\mathcal T^p[\varphi]\), \(p\geq 1\) to be computable by the Izobov algorithm are obtained. Here, the classes \(\mathcal L^p[\varphi]\) and \(\mathcal T^p[\varphi]\) are defined as follows. Let \(\varphi\) be a positive piecewise continuous function defined for \(t\geq 0\). For \(p\geq 1\), let \(\mathcal L^p[\varphi]\) (resp., \(\mathcal T^p[\varphi]\)) be the set of integrally bounded piecewise continuous perturbation matrices \(Q\) satisfying the condition \[ \limsup_{t\to +\infty} t^{-1}\int_0^t\varphi(\tau)\| Q(\tau)\| ^p\,d\tau=0 \] (resp., the condition \(\int_0^{\infty}\varphi(t)\| Q(t)\| ^p\,dt<+\infty\)).
