Let \(G(X,Y)\) denote the space of closed-graph multifunctions between metric spaces \(X\) and \(Y\). It is proved that the topology generated on \(G(X,Y)\) by the Hausdorff metric is contained in the topology of uniform convergence and that the reverse inclusion my be false even in the case of compactness of \(X\) and \(Y\). In case of totally bounded \(X\) and \(Y\) both topologies coincide on the space \(D(X,Y)\) of densely closed forms, i.e. multifunctions whose graphs are closures in \(X\times Y\) of restrictions of single-valued functions to the set of its continuity points which is assumed to be dense in \(X\). The relevance of total boundeness is also investigated, and the subspace of minimal \(usc\) multifunctions with nonempty compact values is also treated.
