Strong Cauchy completeness in uniform frames (Q2460685)

The paper deals with uniform frames [\textit{B. Banaschewski} and \textit{A. Pultr}, Math. Proc. Camb. Philos. Soc. 108, 63--78 (1990; Zbl 0733.54020)]. Section 1 and Section 2 have introductory character. Then the author studies various natural generalizations of classical topological notions, e.g., paracompactness, (strong) Cauchy completeness, uniform paracompactness, precompactness, and their relationships. Sample result (Theorem 4.4): The completion of a preparacompact uniform frame is strongly Cauchy complete.
