The authors take account of dynamical models for the cosmological term to investigate the nature of dark energy. The accelerated and flat universe is under examination. The authors show, that the models of the dynamical origin of the cosmological term are equivalent. Using the selected models, the present values of some of the physical parameters have been estimated, and a glimpse at the past decelerating universe has also been presented. The authors observe that most of these cosmological parameters agree with the values suggested by the Type Ia Supernovae and other experimental data. The paper contains a great number of citations, but an inclusion of the book: [\textit{H. Stephani, D. Kramer, M. MacCallum, C. Hoenselaers} and \textit{E. Herlt}, Exact solutions of Einstein's field equations. 2nd ed.
