A \(k\)-graph (higher rank graph) \((\Lambda,d)\) is a combinatorial object introduced by \textit{A.\,Kumjian} and \textit{D.\,Pask} in [New York J.~Math.\ 6, 1--20 (2000; Zbl 0946.46044)] and it consists of a small category \(\Lambda\) endowed with a degree mapping \(d:\Lambda\to{\mathbb{N}}^k\) satisfying a certain factorization property. The analytic Toeplitz algebra \({\mathcal L}_{(\Lambda,d)}\) associated to a higher rank graph \((\Lambda,d)\) was first studied by \textit{D.\,Kribs} and \textit{S.\,C.\thinspace Power} [Math.\ Proc.\ R.\ Ir.\ Acad.\ 106A, No.\,2, 199--218 (2006; Zbl 1143.47057)]. \({\mathcal L}_{(\Lambda,d)}\) is the weak operator closed algebra generated by the left creation operators on a certain Hilbert--Fock space associated to \((\Lambda,d)\). These algebras are generalizations of the free semigroup algebras associated to the free semigroup with \(n\) generators and the semigroupoid algebras associated to directed countable graphs. In the paper under review, the author establishes several methods for the classification of higher rank analytic Toeplitz algebras up to isometric isomorphisms, and obtains a large variety of substantial results in this direction mainly for the case of single vertex graphs.
