The system that operates in the absence of uncertainty is considered. Methods that allow one to represent trajectory tubes for control systems by parametrized varieties of ellipsoid-valued tubes are proposed. They allow one to obtain external and internal approximation of the multivalued solution functions with any desired accuracy. This is done by using the intersections and unions of a finite number of ellipsoidal tubes. Then, letting the number of approximating ellipsoids tend to infinity, the exact solutions can be obtained. It is also considered the construction of forward and backward multivalued trajectories of reach sets (taken for given instants of time or calculated for prescribed time intervals). Methods of the construction of external and internal ellipsoidal approximations are indicated. The algorithms proposed are based on recurrent procedures; they do not require the recalculation for any new instant of time.
