Bounds for zeros of entire functions (Q2462622)

The aim of the author is to present, in an overview of ten sections, applications of his new method to give bounds for zeros fo entire functions. He uses spectral analysis of linear operators and applies some of there results to special matrices connected to the entire functions be studied. One gets interesting estimations for series of the reciprocals of powers of zeros of entire functions of finite order. All is closely connected to Hadamard's theorem on the convergence exponent of the theorem on the convergnece exponent of the zeros of entire functions or Ostrowski's inequalities for the real and imaginary parts of the zeros of polynomials. The last three sections are devoted to entire functions of infinite order, to functions holomorphic in a circle and to supplements of well known results on the Riemann zeta function.
