The author proves a Penrose-like inequality for a class of constant mean curvature asymptotically flat \(n\)-dimensional spin-hypersurface of a Lorentzian manifold which satisfy the dominant energy condition and have a future or past converging compact connected boundary of non-positive mean curvature and of positive Yamabe invariant. More precisely, the author gets an estimation of the mass from below by an expression which involves the norm of the linear momentum and the volume of the boundary. It is proven also that the considered class of manifolds is rather big and it includes manifolds obtained by an appropriate deformation of the Schwarzschild metric.
