Using the space \((I_L,{\mathcal F})\), in part I of this paper [ibid. 243--264 (2006; Zbl 1151.54007)], the authors introduced the concept of \(GT_{3{1\over 2}}\)-spaces and studied properties of such spaces. This paper is a continuation of part I to study the relation of the \(G_{3{1\over 2}}\)-spaces with the fuzzy proximity spaces (defined by Katsaras), the fuzzy uniform spaces (defined by Gähler et al.) and the fuzzy compact spaces (defined by Gähler). Using Urysohn's lemma, as defined in part I and some other results from that part, the authors prove many results joining the completely regular fuzzy topology (as in part I) and the concept of fuzzy proximity in the sense of Katsaras; it is shown (as to be expected) that the fuzzy topology associated with a fuzzy proximity is completely regular; moreover, it is shown (as to be expected) that every completely regular fuzzy topology is compatible with a fuzzy proximity. As expected justifiably, it is shown that the fuzzy topology associated with a fuzzy uniform structure is completely regular and that every completely regular stratified fuzzy topology is compatible with a fuzzy uniform structure, that is, every completely regular stratified fuzzy topology is uniformizabie. Finally the authors investigate the relation between \(GT_{3{1\over 2}}\)-spaces and fuzzy \(G\)-compact spaces (defined by Gähler); it is shown that the fuzzy unit intervals, \((I_L,{\mathcal F})\) and the fuzzy cube, defined as the product of fuzzy unit intervals are \(G\)-compact \(GT_2\)-spaces and consequently \(GT_4\)-spaces and hence \(GT_{3{1\over 2}}\)-spaces also; some other interesting results in this respect have also been proved.
