Quasiregular and Baer lattices. I (Q2466317)

The authors consider a compactly generated multiplicative lattice \(L\) with 1 compact in which every finite product of compact elements is compact and \(u\in L\) is a radical element. Some results published in papers by Anderson, Jayaram and Phiri are generalized. The most valuable contribution of the present paper consists in the fact that there were obtained abstract versions of several theorems of ideal theory of commutative rings (cf. \textit{N. H. McCoy} [Rings and ideals. La Salle, IL: Open Court Publishing (1948; Zbl 0041.36406)]).
