The authors formulate a multi-item inventory model under shelf-space constraint with demand rate is a function of the displayed inventory level. The cost parameters of each product and total display shelf-space are assumed to be triangular fuzzy numbers. The purpose is to find the optimal display quantity and order quantity for each item which maximizes the average net profit function in fuzzy environment. Fuzzy geometric programming method is applied to solve the problem.
