From the summary: ``A family of compact submanifolds with boundary has a non-empty stable interior intersection in \(\mathbb R^n\) provided a certain geometric estimate holds. As a global application we estabish a sharp intersection criterion for a family of properly embedded \(m_j\)-dimensional submanifolds.''
