The paper investigates the relationship between the Riemann \(\zeta\)-function and various classes (\(APF_m\) and \(PF_m\)) of generating functions of multiply positive sequences introduced by Schoenberg. Multiply positive sequences are related to the problem on the exact calculation of the number of positive zeros of the real polynomial. The main result is Theorem 1, it shows that \(\xi_1\in PF_{43}\), where \(PF_{m}\) denotes the class of all \(m-\)times positive sequences and \[ \begin{aligned} \xi_1(z)&=\xi(\sqrt{z}+\tfrac{1}{2})=\sum_{k=0}^{\infty}b_k z^k,\\ \xi(s)&=\tfrac{1}{2}s(s-1)\pi^{-s/2}\Gamma(\tfrac{s}{2})\zeta(s), \end{aligned} \] where \(\zeta\) is the Riemann \(\zeta\)-function.
