Several results are proved related to the value distribution of functions of the type \[ f(z)=\sum^\infty_1\frac{a_k}{z-z_k}, \] where \(z_k,a_k\) are complex, \(z_k\to\infty\), and \(\sum^\infty_1|\frac{a_k}{z_k}|<\infty\).
