This note is a review of some results contained in the authors' note [Ann. Acad. Sci. Fenn., Math. 32, No. 1, 27--53 (2007; Zbl 1225.35075)]. The main issue is to obtain an a priori estimate for the solutions to homogeneous Neumann problems associated to linear elliptic equations of the second order in divergence form having on the right hand side a function \(f \in L^{n/2,q}(\Omega)\).
