    The authors prove existence results for the following class of boundary value problems \[ u'(t)+\lambda(t)u(t)\in F(t,u(t)), \quad\text{a. e. }t\in [0,T]\backslash \{t_{1},t_{2},\ldots,t_{m}\}, \] \[ \Delta u| _{t=t_{k}}=I_{k}(u(t_{k}^{-})), \quad k=1,2,\ldots,m, \] \[ u(0)-u(T)=\mu, \] where \(F:[0,T]\times\mathbb R^{n}\to P(\mathbb R^{n})\) is a multivalued map, \(I_{k}\in C(\mathbb R^{n},\mathbb R^{n})\), \(\mu\in\mathbb R^{n}\), \(\lambda\in C([0,T],\mathbb R_{+})\), \(P(\mathbb R^{n})\) is the family of nonempty subsets of \(\mathbb R^{n}\), \(0=t_{0}<t_1<t_2,\ldots <t_m<t_{m+1}=T\), \(\Delta u| _{t=t_{k}}=u(t_{k}^{+})-u(t_{k}^{-})\), \(u(t_{k}^{+})\) and \(u(t_{k}^{-})\) represent the right and left limits of \(u(t)\) at \(t=t_{k}\) respectively. The both cases of convex and nonconvex valued right hand side are considered and the results are obtained via appropriate fixed point theorems.
