    Consider linear differential systems of neutral type \[ E\dot x(t)- C\dot x(t-\tau_2)= (A+\Delta A)x(t)+ (B+\Delta B)x(t- \tau_1), \] \[ x(t)= \phi(t),\quad t\in [-\tau, 0], \] where \(x(t)\in\mathbb{R}^n\), \(\tau_1> 0\), \(\tau_2> 0\), \(E\), \(C\), \(A\), \(B\) are constant matrices. \(\Delta A\), \(\Delta B\) are matrices representing time-varying parameter uncertainties, and \[ {\Delta A\brack\Delta B}= DF(t){G_A\brack G_B},\quad F^T(t) F(t)\leq I. \] Sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability and robust asymptotic stability are derived by using linear matrix inequalities.
