Summary: We define the Riemann-Liouville transform \(\mathcal{R}_{\alpha}\) and its dual \(^t\mathcal{R}_{\alpha}\) associated with two singular partial differential operators. We establish some results of harmonic analysis for the Fourier transform connected with \(\mathcal{R}_{\alpha}\). Next, we prove inversion formulas for the operators \(\mathcal{R}_{\alpha}, ^t\mathcal{R}_{\alpha}\) and a Plancherel theorem for \(^t\mathcal{R}_{\alpha}\).
