The present paper deals with the study of existence of antiperiodic solutions of first-order and second-order hemivariational inequality problems. The authors first assume a regular initial condition and then they rewrite the problem in the form of an evolution inclusion. Then, using the surjectivity result of \textit{N.\,S.\thinspace Papageorgiou} et al.\ [Rend.\ Circ.\ Mat.\ Palermo, II.\ Ser.\ 48, No.\,2, 341--364 (1999; Zbl 0931.34043)], they prove the existence of a solution of an evolution inclusion. Finally, they use a density argument to remove the regular initial condition and prove the existence of solutions to their problems.
