On the potential theory in John domains (Q2470977)

This paper provides new proofs using elementary and direct methods of some results established by \textit{H. Aikawa, K. Hirata} and \textit{T. Lundh} [J. Math. Soc. Japan 58, No. 1, 247--274 (2006; Zbl 1092.31006)] concerning the set of minimal boundary points of a John domain. Other applications are also given and the case of more general second order elliptic operators is considered. The second part of the paper is concerned with some theoretical results in potential theory in the framework of uniform domains or hyperbolic manifolds.
