On partial ovoids of Hermitian surfaces (Q2471455)

In this paper, authors obtain the lower bounds of a complete partial ovoid in a non-degenerate hermitian surface \(H(3,q^2)\) of the projective space \(\text{PG}(3,q^2)\). For even characteristics, a sharp bound is obtained. Also a general construction method for locally Hermitian partial ovoids is explained and for the size of the largest complete strictly partial ovoid, a conjecture is given.
