    Let \(T^+\) be a one-connected domain of the complex plane \(\mathbb{C}\) bounded by a simple smooth closed countor \(L\), and let \(T^-=\overline{\mathbb{C}}\setminus(T^+\cup L)\). Let us consider the following boundary-value problem: Find all piecewise-bianalytic functions \(F(z)= \{F^+(z), F^-(z)\}\) of a class \(H_2(T^{\pm})\cap H^{(2)}(L)\) vanishing at infinity and satisfying the following conditions on \(L\): \[ \begin{aligned} A_{11}(t) F^+(t)+ A_{12}(t) \overline{F^+(t)}&= G_{11}(t) F^-(t)+ G_{12} \overline{F^-(t)}+ g_1(t),\\ A_{21}(t){\partial F^+(t)\over\partial n_+}- A_{22}(t) {\overline{\partial F^+(t)}\over\partial n_+}&= G_{21}(t) {\partial F^-(t)\over\partial n_-}- G_{22}(t) {\overline{\partial F^-(t)}\over\partial n_-}- ig_2(t), \end{aligned} \] where \(A_{kj}(t)\), \(g_j(t)\) (\(k= 1,2\); \(j= 1,2\)) are given functions on \(L\) of (Hölder) class \(H^{(2)}(L)\), \({\partial\over\partial n_+}\), \(({\partial\over\partial n_-})\) denotes the inner (outer) derivative on the boundary \(L\). This problem is called the second main four-element Riemann-type boundary-value problem in classes of bianalytic functions, or shortly, problem \(GR_{42}\). In this note the problem \(GR_{42}\) is investigated in a case \(L= \{t:|t|= 1\}\). The solution of problem \(GR_{42}\) is given in a form \[ F(z)= \begin{cases} F^+(z)= \varphi^+_0(z)+ \overline z\varphi^+_1(z),\quad & z\in T^+,\\ F^-(z)= \varphi^-_0(z)+\overline z\varphi^-_1(z),\quad & z\in T^-,\end{cases} \] where \(\varphi^{\pm}_0(z)\), \(\varphi^{\pm}_1(z)\) are determined using the solutions of two vector-matrix Riemann problems.
