The main results of the paper are: Theorem 1. Let \(X\) be a nonempty almost \(G\)-convex subset of a locally \(G\)-convex space \(E\), and let \(T\in G\text{-KKM}^*(X, X)\) be compact and closed. Then \(T\) has a fixed point. Theorem 2. Let \(X\) be a nonempty almost \(G\)-convex subset of a locally \(G\)-convex space \(E\), and let \(Y\) be a topological space. Assume that (i) \(T\in G\text{-KKM}(X, Y)\) is compact and closed, (ii) \(F: Y\to 2^X\) is \(\Phi\)-mapping. Then there exists \((\overline x,\overline y)\in X\times Y\) such that \(\overline y\in T(\overline x)\wedge\overline x\in F(\overline y)\). As a consequence variational and minimax inequality theorems are obtained.
